Are You Mindful Of Your Thoughts?

That was a piece of advice which I got not too long ago from a friend.
He was sharing on how many criminals who commit big crimes like rape and murder were once good people.

You Are A Winner!

I was watching the Vancouver Winter Olympics 2010 with my family. My mom commented that for the athletes, having the physical abilities was only one part of the equation. The other was the mental determination and self-belief.

That was the quote that Tiger Woods used in his recent press conference. Let’s focus on that and not the incidents that surround Tiger Woods. I really find the former a profound statement.

They had two bronze medals each, but that it didn’t stop there…

I watched the Figure Skating – Pairs Free Skating event. It was a magnificent display of balance and strength.
I’m really happy for the Shen Xue and Zhao Hongbo, the Chinese married couple, who won the gold medals. They went through a difficult journey before winning the gold.
