Patience and perseverence
A lot of people tell me, “I don’t think Internet marketing is for me. I’ve been involved for months and I haven’t made a sale while I know of people who made sales within the first month of involvement.”
You need to rethink what you just said because success takes time. Success is not a good teacher. Let me ask you this. When you were born, were you able to walk the first time your parents propped you up on you two feet? How many times did you stumble before you eventually learnt how to walk? Did you give up learning how to walk?
People fail. I’ve failed. Thomas Edison failed many times before he finally invented the light bulb. In fact, he said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
If you really think that Internet marketing is not for you then by all means, quit. But don’t quit because you’ve failed too many times. Quit because you have a calling or passion elsewhere.
