When You Fall, Get Right Back Up
I want to talk more about Kanye West today.
As most of us would probably know by now, he ruined Taylor Swift’s moment at the VMAs, when she won an award, and he interrupted her while she was giving her thank you speech.
Mr West had later apologized and admitted he was wrong.
I am a fan of Kanye West, and I thought that what he did to Taylor on stage was wrong. I’m glad he admitted his mistake and apologized to her.
I respect Kanye very much because I’ve heard of how he had to bounce back from a car accident which fractured his jaws. He turned that tragedy into triumph. I don’t care what people say about him after what he did at the VMAs. He is still a successful celebrity, having used the accident as a way of motivating himself to succeed.
I also realized that this incident might actually be good for Mr West, because it might boost his popularity. After the VMAs, I believe that more people started talking about him. This could turn out to be an advantage for him. In fact, I have a feeling he might achieve more success in future, after what has happened to him over the last month or so.
In life, we all make mistakes. What you make out of the mistakes you make is up to you. You could use them to propel you to the top, or you could forever give up on your ambitions.
